That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time kerboo.co.uk sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).
Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.
Pricing

Delivery
Kerboo Limited will deliver the goods in a reasonable timeframe, if for any reason the order cannot be completed in this way Kerboo will communicate this to you.
