Order FAQ
This FAQ is designed to give you answers to the main questions you might have when considering placing an order with Kerboo.
How long will my order take?
Normally orders take around 7 days to be delivered from the point that you place your order. 3M have a stock availability of around 94% and so the vast majority of items will meet the 7 day normal turnaround.
Is it genuine 3M product?
100% yes. It comes from 3M UK and is shipped by them from their Bedford warehouse. We dont source from outside the UK for 3M items so you can be sure that the product you get is traceable and covered by the 3M UK standard terms.
Can I order on account?
We don't offer trading on an account basis at the moment as keeping a credit control function and extending credit would mean that we would have to charge far more for the products you buy. We will on occasion offer pro-forma invoices for customers who need to pay by BACS or export customers.
Why do you only take Google Checkout orders?
It's cheaper and more secure for you, because we set up to trade this way we didnt have to build all the back office functionality you need to take credit cards securely as Google do all that. Those savings are passed on in your price.

Try the contact us page or look at the email you got when you placed your order - there are options in there for asking us questions or chasing any orders.
What is the returns policy?
If you need to organise a return please get in touch, if their is a product fault 3M will be asked to get involved. If you have ordered the wrong item, 3M UK's returns policy is the same as ours.
