How to buy from Kerboo
Whilst we have made Kerboo as simple as we can to work with we do understand that sometimes our well thought out design may just look like a jumble of words to you, I know we have sat staring at someone else's expensive site without a clue what they want us to do. That's just the way us humans work, we all need help in different places at times.
So to help you get the most from our site without causing you any more stress (Works hard enough without new things isn't it?) here is the quick start guide to ordering from Kerboo: -
STAGE 1: Finding products
Kerboo is designed for those of you who know what you want and have been buying it elsewhere for some time but now just need to get it at the best price you can. This means that normally people come here with a product reference and search for that (For example 3M 4910 12mm). So that's how we set the search up. We have also added a brief description and some tags to aid searches but if your looking for technical advice on what product you should use that's why the manufacturer exists (That and making the product of course).
STAGE 2: Add them to your Cart
By simply clicking the add button next to each product size you can add that item to your cart and on the cart page you can simply edit the qty you need if you did it wrong by changing the qty box and clicking 'edit'
STAGE 3: Checking Out
Once you have assembled what you need in your cart you will need to checkout and pay for it (Sorry about that).
We use Google Checkout (There is an explanation on the cart page but the short version is - its cheaper for you that we do) so to checkout click on the Google Checkout button and you will be whisked away to Google to complete the transaction. Its on Google's site where you will need your credit card details (Its safe - its Google) and will enter your delivery details - their site will remember your details for next time.
STAGE 4: Order Complete
Once everything is complete at Google you will be sent back to Kerboo for a thank you and once that happens we will be notified and process your order. We get the delivery details from Google and information on what you want so we can ship your goods. You will get a series of emails acknowledging the order and keeping you informed of its progress. The first of these emails will have the link to chase up anything or contact us if circumstances change at your end
