To understand how we can sell for the prices we do you need to understand who we are and where we came from so here’s the short version of our story...
For the past 15 years the owners of Kerboo have worked within the 3M distribution family and it’s a business model we know inside out. It is this knowledge and experience that started us thinking....
Kerboo has been created to develop a new lean channel supplying 3M products at low prices in a modern and convenient way.
We believe that you are experts at what you do and probably have more knowledge in how to use of our products than we do! So we felt that we had a duty to you our customers to look at the way our market works and see if we could strip out every unnecessary overhead and deliver goods at the lowest possible price: better for you, better for us.
What we’ve done is pick organisations leading their fields at providing operational services and brought them all together under one name, Kerboo This means great service at the lowest possible cost – now you don’t have to pay for what you don’t need – now you just pay for the goods you buy. And as we grow, we are constantly looking to improve this by adding more value services but only ones you pay for if you really need them!
The best analogy we have is the difference between British Airways and our friends at Ryanair – we aim to give you the customer a serious alternative in the way you buy your product – simple, cheap, clear with great customer service and a team ready to listen to any other services you might need.
